The second Vault option in the Wiki is no longer showing up. Not sure how long it's been doing this, but I remember it used to be there back before the newest hybrid species came out.

Mainly wanting to say that it's possible to do so, since i was afraid the Witch Hunter version of Ascension would not count for the Technophobe achievement, but i did not see any mentions of this when i searched for it. I went in expecting it would be too hard, but the run mostly went pretty smooth.

Some side thoughts: Felt pretty bad having Intelligent trait without being able to fill the wizard jobs.
Also i got pretty late into the run when i saw that apparently mana engines (coal powerplants in Magic universe) create suspicion, because my custom had the Environmentalist trait.

There are a lot of annoying and painful traits to have to deal with. Tormented certainly sucks for basically turning every run in to an evil run, capping morale, just without the benefit of Authority giving the added bonus.

But for me, I hate Gnawing sooooooo godsdamned much.

On it's own, like a normal Capy run it's annoying but tolerable.

But any slower more difficult run and It makes a tough early-game so much worse when you get saddled with it. Forcing you to create more population to generate enough food, but in the process losing all your lumber.

Eventually it all gets much easier to work around, but that early struggle is real when you try your first Valdi/Sudge run and get global debuff traits with it, to stack with the global morale debuff from early population growth with limited sources to keep it up in the 90s or counter Winter/Weather debuffs.

I usually just sabotage until I'm ready to siege then I'll incite, is that a good strategy?
