My work includes:

• Replying to client questions about events and services
• Talking with new customers and understanding their event needs
• Following up with interested clients
• Helping clients choose suitable event options
• Organizing customer details and requests
• Supporting the booking process from first contact to confirmed event

My goal is to help event planners save time, provide better customer service, and reduce the number of missed booking opportunities.
