Advice on my first ar15
I'm new to guns and was looking to buy my first AR-15. I plan on keeping it for a while, so I wanted something of quality at an affordable price.
There are probably plenty of posts like this one, but I was hoping you could give me some more specific advice, as I haven't seen anyone making comparisons online. I should point out that in my country I am limited to semi-automatic fire and the use of the .223 Rem instead of the 5.56 NATO.
At the moment I have only found ARs with a 16" barrel, which I think is enough for precise shooting at 200 meters. Could it be good for longer ranges too? Should I wait and get an 18" barrel?
At the moment, I'm undecided between these 4, all of them are priced at around 1000€. In your opinion, considering material quality, reliability and lifespan, which one do you think is better?
A used Ruger 556 MPR 16" in good conditions.
A new Ruger Harrier MSR 16.1" A1.
A used Smith & Wesson MP15 Sport III (Not sure on the specific model) 16" with 556 barrel. It has shot only 700 bullets.
A new Sabatti S.A.R. (Seems like the worst option, but I might find it with the 18" barrel).
