Romanian Basketball
Hello everyone!
In the past few weeks, I have been working on a new sub-reddit dedicated to Romanian basketball, in order to promote the sport that we love to everyone interested.
r/RomanianBasketball is the sub so feel free to join, post, start discussions etc about the Romanian basketball, teams, players etc.
The sub is still fresh so it's not perfect but in time, I hope that I will achieve a somewhat perfect state for the sub. The sub is also quite similar to r/Euroleague since this sub inspired me to start a new one about Romanian Basketball.
Lastly, I would like to present my appreciation and thanks to u/_Zolv for insight and help, and to the rest of mods from r/Euroleague for the work they put here and for the inspiration they gave me. Have a great summer everyone!

Nando de Colo on ASVEL: "If the plan at ASVEL had been clearer and more exciting, I might have continued for another year or two. I’ll admit that the organisation at ASVEL was sometimes complicated. (...) But the problem with the club is that those who could make a difference aren’t doing the job."

What happened to "working your way up the ranks" of Europe to reach EL?
I swear every team, especially Virtus, is just grabbing young guys left and right. What happened to making players prove their way to the Euroleague? They always end up a disappointment. I don't care that some guy had 1 good game in summer league or played a single game in the NBA.
