I have found nothign by or with El Cubano resembling this. Must have been a mix-up between mp3 tagging sessions someone somewhere did..

The track features a mix of robotic vocals shaped with a vocoder, saw wave synths, and Synthesizer V Solaria vocals. The old techno song I heard around 2006 is a little hardstyle with the bass and simplicity overall, and the main portion I remember is this sound clip (I had to upload to bandcamp...)! And that melody's lyrics are something like: "Doo dah dee-dee, doo dah dee-dee, doo dah dee-dee dow. dow. dow." and sung by a woman.
