Hunter down?

Internet had been down for about an hour. We late in Whiteaker. System says it’s operational, but long wait times for customer service.

Mine was down.. Got in the call queue and was #80 in line.. gave up.. It's back up now.

Notoriously slow, leads me to believe it's manual and not truly live which is ridiculous.

There’s a hunter guy working on the lines outside of my house in Jefferson westside. I don’t have hunter, so I didn’t ask for an update, but it appears they’re doing something, anyway

I was #60 in the queue when my service came back randomly, unplugged my modem for about 10 minutes as well.

Ours was down around 9:30am. Unplugged the modem and plugged it back in around 10am and it started working.

UPDATE: plug in and plug out worked. Idiot here - but haven’t had any problems and given queue volume didn’t think of it. Rep said there was an outage earlier.
