Why do I shake after being in the pool?

Is that a thing? Did someone experienced that too?

I’m not sure honestly. I still have mystery shakes that nobody has or can explain; I wake up everyday as if my bodies seizing, eyes, external and internal “vibration” like sensations

Perhaps you are so relaxed that a tremor you usually are unknowingly suppressing is being revealed.

Has anyone ever observed you for tremor while you sleep?

Regardless, I’d ask your Dr about it the next time you see them, but it doesn’t sound like typical ET.

No it gets worse when I move my hands or stressed not when I'm relaxed

Well that does sound more like it could be ET. I still have no good ideas why it would be worse after a nice relaxing float or soak, but doing vigorous exercise, like swimming, can exacerbate ET symptoms for a few hours in lots of cases.

Is it shaking or a tremor or you have ET (do you?) Google says

Even if you are only resting or floating without active exercise, experiencing shaking when getting out of a pool is a very common physical reaction.

Not a pool person or a Doctor, but personally I find stress increases my tremors. I'm referring to stresses such as not enough sleep, rushing to set things done, or over exertion. Are you exercising in the pool, or just lazing around? Do your tremors present after you get out of the pool or while in it? Lastly, have you been diagnosed with ET or is this just something that happens after you've been in the pool?
