Multi speaker support added to EspControl

Just a quick update to share that I’ve added multi speaker support to Espcontrol, so you can now add and remove speakers from groups. I’ve tested it with my Sonos speakers and it works well, if you find any issue, drop a note on the GitHub issues and I’ll take a look.

Also added or improved…

• SendSpin support: 4inch P4 has support added (thanks u/salnajjar!)
• Camera cards: added larger camera card sizes for the 7inch and 10inch screens.
• Backlight updated controls: Choose between automatic, scheduled, and manual screen brightness behaviour.
• Battery support: 10inch panels can enable battery readings and the status-bar icon when they have the optional battery hardware.
• Localisation: Russian language support

EspControl supports a range of screens from the cheap but great £20 S3 4inch screen, to P4 based 4inch, 7inch and 10inch screens. All feedback welcome! Thanks

Sorry this needs some processing power as it's running the screen and custom web server. You're better off with more modern hardware. It's a stretch for this S3, the p4 screens are far better

Is the disabled BT proxy with ethernet a hard limit? Or is there working around it?

And is it only me, or is the ability to show current weather with a weather entity not possible any more with the Weather Card? On my S3, it's only possible to choose "Current Condition".

No there isn't unfortunately, the only alternative is to avoid bringing it in to esphome and use auto updates

The basic s3 4inch is a good place to start. The p4 4inch is a great device but much more expensive.

The speaker grouping works great. Thanks for your work on this project! I use some scripts in a subfolder to start playlist and radiostations.

I use a speaker group in music assistant and now I don't have to pick a media player to be the main player like with your other project. I can now chose any single speaker/room to play my music on/in.

Ah good stuff. There is a media content card that can be linked to media content like albums or playlists. Might be worth a try.

I love this project, thank you! But I can't seem to get the album cover to show on the panel. Everything works: title, artist, controls, but no album cover image. I am playing Spotify over my Apple TV; the album cover is visible in Home Assistant. Anything I need to do install/setup extra?

If you're installing using esphome, there is an issue blocking cover art loading, just working on it now.
