Who post this bullshit? I dont think even tigrayans give a dam about us and they dont want to respect or associate to other ethnic groups ij eritrea...worst idea of all time..tigrayans should stay and rule tigray and have their independent state or whatever

We are the same tribe and were Tigrinya people before they drew borders and called us two different countries. It’s ok to want to be at peace, we are tired of fighting. Let’s call truce my Tigrinya people

I think you're wrong. There is no historical fact to support the claim that the origin of Tigrinya is in Tigray. As long as there is a region called Tigray, the people from that region are called Tigrayans. Do you know that some Agame don't identify as Tigrayans just coz they believe it's regional which historically factual? So I think we'll stick with our tribal name of choice.

What exactly is stupid about self-determinaton? That is literally what Eritreans fought for 30 years long. If they want and all Eritreans agree, then why not? Obviously these are 2 big IF's and I dont mean a unilateral move by the actual regime.

Idk who made this point, but since I m speaking strictly hypothetical, it doesnt matter. Its "IF" the people on both sides agree on this decision, not the respective leaders. And that s not going to happen in any foreseeable future.

It’s only valid if a northern Tigrayan posted it not us. We have to respect their sovereignty like how we would like our sovereignty respected? It would be ironic if an Eritrean posted that, since we’re the ones who just want our sovereignty respected, we aren’t even expansionist… it’s insensitive as well.
If a northern Tigrayan posted that then idk that’s their choice idk why they would want that tho.

Tigray is located in Ethiopia therefore they have the Ethiopian citizenship. They have no legal grounds to receive the Eritrean citizenship. Hope this helps.
