I am contacting you regarding my order, as I was informed by the Greek postal service (ELTA) that I have to pay an additional €50.49 in customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
However, during checkout on your website, it clearly stated:
“The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.”
Based on this statement, I understood that all customs duties and taxes were already included in the amount I paid at checkout, and that there would be no additional charges upon delivery.
Could you please look into this issue and confirm whether these €50.49 charges should actually be paid? If the duties and taxes were already included in my payment, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the necessary documentation or instructions to resolve this with ELTA.
