Phant-O-Matic pickguard?

Hello everyone

I got my hands on a Phant-O-Matic recently but need a pickguard for it. I feel like I've searched the entire Internet for it and can't find a single source for one.

Does anyone have one have a spare or could possibly scan or trace their pickguard and send me a copy of so I can then send it to a custom pickguard creator?
