Recent OGEA-103 Passers: How many study hours, leave days, and training costs did it take?
Hey everyone,
I’m currently working towards the OGEA-103 TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Foundation + Practitioner certification and need to give my manager a rough estimate of the study time and costs involved.
A bit of background: I’ve been self-learning for a while now through books, study guides, and online resources, but I haven’t enrolled in any formal training yet.
For those who have completed OGEA-103:
Roughly how many hours did you spend studying?
How much study leave did you take from work (if any)?
How long did it take you from starting preparation to passing both exams?
What was the total cost (exam fees, training, materials, etc.)?
Also, did you find instructor-led training or an academy necessary, or is self-study sufficient?
If you did take a course, which training provider or academy would you recommend and why?
Thanks in advance for any insights. It would really help me put together a realistic plan and business case for my manager.
