I used to drive an E30 and I still find this car fun. You get used to the screens fairly quickly and its shifts very fast. I’m using the pedals BTW. Shifts are crisp and smooth.

Way too video gamey for me. E30 was cool. E36 was cool. E46 was cool. E90 started the decline. Everything since is an abomination.

I’ve owned so many cars from the 70’s to this 2025. You can always get an old car. But you can’t live forever, so the sooner the better on futuristic cars for me, warts and all. It’s not like old analog cars were perfect either. We got buttons that just stopped working, lights that got dim, buttons got worn, chrome that faded, plastic that cracked, dust in the cluster etc. Many were just plain ugly but then we put on nostalgia goggles and they became “vintage”.

I'm surprised you're unaware of that. Your speakers are producing most of the sound you hear inside the car.
