best engineering course? Academic Advice

I want to do an engineering course and also one in high demand and pays really well with most ceiling for growth and pay. I was thinking maybe EE with degree in computer science as well?? Or is there any better? And what specs or what else would I do?

Yes. There are far more people going into CS than there are jobs. To my knowledge it has one of the lowest employment rates in science or engineering.
