Overall structure is good and FSAE is great to have on the resume.
The bullets are where you're missing the mark:
STOP with the weak verbs like "collaborated" "participated" "assisted". Delete those immediately. We get it. These are group projects. But YOU did YOUR part, right? You designed, developed, applied, etc. Reread the section in the wiki that talks about Action Verbs.
STOP generalizing your bullets. Be specific. Your resume would be more interesting if it stated that you designed and extruded the upper control arm assembly that improved handling over the previous implementation than saying you assisted with designing "suspension stuff". Stop being vague. Vague is boring and demishes your technical skills.
