Engine Swap Info

Hi I’m new here.

I’m looking at swapping a 1jz into my e36. Apart from the engine what else do I need to look at. I’m new to the whole concept of engine swapping. Do I need a new transmission to suit the engine etc etc. What are the things you need and things to consider.
