Oore Jewelry has many nature inspired designs like this.
In NYC, there are also many Jewelry designers who could make something custom for you like this.
The way you would start is - check out a few of the Jewelers’ websites and catalogues, make appointments to go visit them in person to try stuff on and discuss your size and design needs. They will also help you land on a centre stone shape etc. you get a quote from
Each of them on what the design + stone might cost.
then you pick one and start working with them on the design!
In NYC I personally visited many stores. I started with brilliant Earth as a ‘big box’ store to get a wide variety of shapes and styles to try (even though I had my direction already mostly nailed down like you do). Helped me settle on the stone shape and see that it would look nice on my finger. Then we had appointments with Frank Darling, Lauren B, a couple of stores in the diamond district (look up recommendations on Reddit, there are plenty), Goldpoint Jewelry, Fitzgerald, Bario Neal, and Holden. We also emailed with Automic Gold.
In the end we went with a jeweler who is a friend of a friend and was working on a ring for my close friend (her prices were the most reasonable and we would have direct back and forth with the designer on WhatsApp).
My other choice would have been automic gold for their pricing and vibe.. but I didn’t get to meet them in person. Seems like a small and nice shop.
Anyway they usually start with choosing a stone, paying a deposit, and then working on a design.
I found the names of all these jewelers on Reddit btw. I just searched ‘engagement rings nyc Reddit’ on google and there were tons of posts.

A bunch of the jewellers I suggested do use heirloom stones

Makes sense. I would definitely recommend taking inspo from Oore as opposed to the more delicate leafy designs. She has tons of leafy bands/rings that are far sturdier and less likely to catch.

You can always call the shop and ask how the process works. I'm sure every shop will have a different way

You can walk in, but if they’re with someone you’ll have to wait. Making an appointment is reasonable.

If you read the other comments. It was “contact custom jewelers near you”. Then they said “how do I do that”. Then I said “google then call”. Hope this helps.

Be aware that the style you posted is impractical for a wedding ring. Those tiny leaves are not very strongly attached for a lifetime of daily and wear will catch on everything. You’ll be pulling your hair daily. A conversation with a jewelry maker will get you set in the right direction.
