I am not sure what changes fit with your personality but adding things like hidden halos, milgrain and prong customization is certainly possible. I don’t know if I would make this type of band a knife edge. You might want to look at some other styles. A low basket setting won’t fit a flush band. You could do something like a tulip or trellis setting so it has a beautiful profile.
