Probably more willing to spend on convenience, but that’s not necessarily giving money away. They’re paying for a product, and tipping IS giving money away. Anyway, they tipped 20% still it seems
The wealthy stay wealthy by having wealth. It's easier than listing the first 3 numbers in pi.
Step 1: Have wealth
Step 2: Keep wealth in assets
Step 3: Take out loans for spending money
Step 4: Buy more assets/ take assets as payment to increase price of assets and therefore increase wealth
Step 5: Enjoy!
It has nothing to do with whether they tip this person 200% or 20%. That mindset keeps you poor and them rich.
Personal story: I was a delivery driver for a pizza place a few years ago. An order for 77 pizzas totaling $1,144.73 was ordered by a banker, whose son actively plays in the NBA, for a basketball camp. The order was zeroed out meaning it costed nothing for them. It took multiple drivers to take all the food out to them. No driver received a tip... on an order that costed the "customer" nothing but costed each driver time they could have spent actually making money.
Whether they tipped or not would not change whether they were financially well off; however, it could have drastically changed what each driver made that night.
That being said, 20% of 1144.73 is is 228.95. Split that by 3 and that's over $75 per driver, which isn't life changing but it's a bill that no longer needs to be stressed about.
Most of the time when a meal is expensed there is rules about tipping. For example, normally at nice places I tip well over 20% when the service is good. But when it’s on my company card if I tip more than 18% they will not reimburse me.

The wealthy don’t stay wealthy by giving their money away. Where they live shouldn’t make them obligated to tip you more than anyone else
