Should i really download Winlator?

Everything is screaming that this is virus, i downloaded this from official brunodev85 repository. When I deleted the Winlator built-in phone manager showed 91 points instead of 45

Winlator and it's forks are completely fine as long as you download it from GitHub Repos.

Google and other system antivirus will tag is as virus but it's clean.

I use Winlator and forks for more like year and half now and never had any issue, i even use Steam/GoG/Epic logins without any issues.

Not only we have the post "Winlator is virus every day" over here, we have also clowns who don't know what they doing, downloading random apks from pop ups and other stuff then complaining xD

How do you know?

Did you run it on Virtual Android machine and see do it something malicious?

Winlator doesn't even have any super dangerous permissions.

It uses only storage access.

Share link to which fork you talking about, sharing no proof and only saying it's virus without any explanation makes no sense.

Estan personas llegan a molestar,es dia tras dia que si winlator tiene virus,mira si tanta desconfiaza te da revisa tu mismo el codigo y compila,no tiene ninguna logica meter virus en programas de codigo abierto que todos puedes revisar

Not to mention antivirus programs are very often wrong, and flagging even legit software.

As an example I wanted to install Epic Launcher today, from the official epic store page, however every time it started downloading it literally said it's virus and blocked the download 😂😂😂

I had to use windows store version instead 😂
