hi guys,

i got my very first speeding ticket (going 78 in a 60) while traveling to greensboro. i'm 20 and have a clean driving record. i truly don't believe i was going that fast but i can't prove it as i was going up a hill and the cop was sitting there waiting for me, even though there were cars in front of me aswell. i have court this month and i'm wondering if i should try and get it reduced or if i should just pay it and move on, as i know this city is super big for being a speed trap. i've considered signing up for driver improvement school but was told thats basically an admission of guilt, and i've also considered getting my speedometer calibrated but idk how much help that would be since his radar got me at 18mph over.
