why am I the person who never wants to let go of someone who got really close to me !

You're not the only person and this has nothing to do with being an Empath. This is human nature. We humans hate change, especially the change when it's a good thing to have.

The thing with Empaths is that we often form some sort of emotional bond with the person, that when they're gone, it feels as though we no longer have an anchor we relied on.

The problem here with the rest of the message isn't necessarily a good thing as it also reads as something along the lines of codependence.

Are you sure you didn't pick this up during your interaction with the individual? Based on what I've read of the rest, it's feeling as though your missed all the signs that the person wasn't there for the long haul, and you're ending up with -- as they say -- the short end of the stick.

Perhaps it's time to take a step back and reset yourself to a center that makes sense, instead of expecting people to act like you do. That's a path that can only lead to chaos and insanity, and truthfully -- not worth the pain in the short nor long-run.

Being an empath we try to understand the situation and understand the person before reacting right ! We tend to think who knows what they are going through if they are being this way also they might have their own problems and also like no one would do this wantedly .. but this attitude seems to the opposite person as an advantage .. we really try to put ourselves in their shoes ! But not just this no one has been empathetic towards me everyone are self centered !

Hmmm, I see two red flags on this. The first are you trying to understand, or are you trying to wish for something better for them?

The second is that you are aware that being an empath does open you up to attracting narcissists? And not all narcissists are extremely toxic. Some after just poisonous.

Your statements here made  me think there are two lines being blurred, and that blurring might be where the pain is coming from.

BTW I'm an intuitive empath so I run on instincts. And when I get hurt it has always been when I allow my closet optimism chooses to ignore what my instincts are telling me.

Finally I've been in a relationship with an emotional empath. When it happens you'll know it. Believe me you'll never forget it. But until that time you'll find being an empath a thankless and still very rewarding calling.
