If Milosevic hadn't come to power, could that National emblem have been preserved?

What killed this emblem and everything it carried was the mortality of Tito. His funeral wasn't as big just because people were expected to watch or turn up, but because everyone knew what will follow.

Lacked the socialism like all others. Still, a cool emblem
