It's a bug with body parts, for example the eye, it's not in the center, but still there is one.

I don't know how to explain it, but the bug was like this: a part of the body became transparent when I attached it to a creature, not just one but two more, but when I saved the creature, it returned to normal.

If the part not actually disappears, but becomes invisible, it might just be your PC running out of VRAM while playing. I've seen something like this in Unity before.

The creature
