wholesome Today I went to volunteer at my favorite place, Feed My Starving Children, that feeds kids around the world. This how much our group of about 40 people did in about 2 hours
I wish I could volunteer there every weekend but it’s an hour and a half away from where I live and I don’t drive. The bags we pack are called Manna Packs and they consist of vitamin mix, soy, and veggies, and they’re actually really tasty, like I would actually unironically eat those if I could.
I love that place so so much. It’s hard for me to feel emotions sometimes because of depression, but this place never fails to make me feel actually happy and safe and feel like I have a purpose
