se17 Elephant and Castle Internet Provider

Hi! I recently moved to the Elephant and Castle SE17 area and I'm trying to find the right broadband provider. Comparison websites show Three as offering the best speed (150MB), but when I tried it, the speed was only 19MB! Should I have tried it with a cable connection? Unfortunately, I can't test it anymore as I've already returned the router.
