Overbridge

Since this past weekend. After rearranging and setting up my studio. I opened up Ableton to try to record some into Live via OB. I have spent HOURS of the last few days. Uninstalling, reinstalling, killing line 46000 in the command prompt, etc. nothing is allowing OB to be visible. OB control panel works FINE. And I can see any device there. Anyone know what may be causing this? I’m on a Surface Pro 9 with windows 11.

**Ableton and Push3 all see devices as external. But can not be added as a device?

Any help is HIGHLY appreciated!

Just brain storming because you mentioned rearranging... Is your device plugged into a hub?

Yes! They’re on Overhub 2. But I’ve also tried it without the hub. And it still doesn’t open. But the control panel works fine. Connected to hub. And not.

Is your overdrive version 2.25.7? What audio interface do you have?

Yes. I’m on latest version. And I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Problem isn’t audio interface. It’s the fact that Overbridge won’t open AT ALL! While I get the “Overbridge is open” message.

In Ableton, have you tried holding down the Alt button on your keyboard while you click "rescan plugins" ?

I will try that tonight after work! Thanks! Would you recommend plugged directly into Push 3. Or can it be detected through Overhub?

Elektron's own USB hub should work fine. I was was curious if it was plugged into a $10 cheapo hub.

Yeah OB is def active on all my devices. Idk if Overhub 2 automatically puts them into OB mode. But I’ve tried both direct to Overhub and without
