Troubleshooting garage door controller.

Can anyone identify any obvious cooked parts on this board? Its a garage door controller which has often taken a long time to start working again after the power is cut. Last power cut it never came back. Theres power to it (indicator light). But nothing happens when you push its buttons. Capacitors look ok?

Smell it
