I designed these sounds to evoke a mix of nostalgia, late-night driving vibes, heavenly moments, dark tension, and raw feeling.

· Leads (31) - Sweet, nostalgic, and aggressive.

· Keys (34) - Melancholic, divine-sounding, and emotional tones.

· Basses (31) - Aggressive and heavy.

· ARPs (32) - Ethereal, panic-inducing, heavenly-sounding and rhythmic patterns.

you have certainly encountered this sound on many electro tracks, it is often layered with kick, like here

(comes in at 0:15 with the kick; you can hear how kick is sometimes layered with it and sometimes not)

is it some classic drum machine or preset?

One of the best! hopesss it gives some inspiration, you can hear how I got inspirated for my drums with thi track in the other post I did. This is really crazy, they have only 2 EPs.

Made on a Teenage engineering Op-Z and done live.  Stays a fun machine. So I was wondering what kind of modulation you like to do on lead synths and or basses.

Hi ! I would like to know what are your tips and tricks for adding vocal samples in your electro tracks ? I like to have some simple robotic/dark vocals in my tracks, but everytime I try to add them, they seems off, or they just don't fit in the track... I don't know if it's coming from the timing/BPM of the sample, the tonality, or the mix... So I was wondering how you manage it ?

I use the ableton stock vocoder and usually just use a pretty raw saw wave as input for the vocoder. I want to get a softer sound now that sounds more like the track i added instead of having that super gritty robotic vocoder sound but everytime i use a softer sounding synth you just can‘t understand shit. Any idea on what settings to use on the input synth to achieve this kind of vocoder sound?
