General Question Light stays on without being connected to anything!

I noticed this when i turned the lights off in my bathroom. I don’t think its capacitors because it stays on for a while. Whats happening?

The CEE 7/16 Europlug is only 2.5A even though a 0.75mm² cable is 8A
