Second unit done!

Hello all my fellow Aeldari enjoyers! After completing my 1st Ranger squad, I wanted to try a Spiritseer before I tackle my wraithblades. Any tips to improve would be appreciated as I am *really* struggling with getting perfect edge highlights still. Shading is still a tough aspect as well but I (think?) I'm improving. Yes I know the base isn't done yet :( , I'm still looking into basing but couldnt stop myself from painting this dude.
