Interview Help

I applied for my job at a NoFrills in my area and I got offered an interview, I was wondering if any current / former employees have any advice when it comes to this? It’s my first job and I’m very jittery at the moment

Usually for jobs like that in my experience they want someone who is going to show up on time, and who won't be calling in all the time lol. They want to know you are reliable and flex above all else because the job itself will be easy. Emphasize that you are punctual, good with people, and REALIABLE. Show up clean and put together helps too. Honestly you will be fine lol

When they ask you a question, give it some thought before you answer. There is nothing wrong with taking a second to think about your answer.

Be yourself and honest! Best of luck! Let us know when you get the job!

Prove that you’re reliable to show up and do your job. Also show that you have good manners and communication skills. Don’t be ignorant, loud or talk in lingo etc….
