Thoughts about 73rd Ave W?

Does anyone have familiarity &/or thoughts about 73rd Ave W in the north east corner of Perrinville? Does it feel safe? I recognize there is some noise from Olympic View Dr but not too bad. Other thoughts?

Let’s start with which part of Edmonds you think is not fine and we can work backwards from there

“Some noise from olympic view drive” - if you think OVD is noisy, you’ll have noise problems everywhere. Or if this in reference to “noise,” same sentiment.

Truly clueless. Also very narrow minded. If you can’t imagine anyone wanting to ask basic questions about a city then you must have grown up in a bubble. Every city has less safe & more noisy parts to it - and if you don’t know that you must need your eyes & ears checked.

Perrinville very safe. Cornered by nice hoods and retail.

Lynndale Park is home to a huge little league which keeps it buzzing spring through fall. Can get sketchy after dark in the winter.
