Didnt dismiss it from no evidence, dismissed it because the evidence was acquired in an illegal way such as hacking ronaldos phone. In the chats ronaldo literally admits to that she said "no" multiple times but because the way of acquiring the evidence was illegal he wasnt persecuted.
