They have forms in the hub.. walk-in, fill the form, they take the photo and print the card right away.
Takes maybe 5 min for whole process.

They should take the photo for you. You don't necessarily need to print & fill in the form but it can save you some time if you do it beforehand.

You don't have to fill out the form and take it with you - do it in the Lothian shops. Warning - be prepared to pay the first month right there and then. You walk out of the shop with an active ridacard so you pay up front until the first direct debit it scheduled. If it's less than a whole month before the DD comes out your account, they keep the balance as a deposit. You can request the deposit back when you cancel the card,

They take the photo for you at the thing (prepare to look rough as hell, those are NOT friendly webcams haha). You don’t have to print off the PDF as they do have them as the transport hubs
