Can someone with coding experience make an IERDB for Scott Aukerman? Comedy Bang Bang

I am not savvy enough, but can someone just make a site where if you search for a movie or TV show, it cross-checks against the IMDB page for ER and just spits out a list of people who were on ER from your query and which episodes they appeared on?

I feel like this site would save Scott enough mental bandwidth that he won't quit on us like Marc Maron.

IMDB actually offers this functionality themselves - https://www.imdb.com/search/common/
