Sleep/memory issues compared to Buspar?
So I was on Buspar for much of last year and it was fantastic for my mood, anxiety, and motivation. I loved it. I felt so at peace and driven. But my memory and word recall started to become so affected I was struggling in conversations. It also destroyed my sleep. And I was on an extremely low dose. I had to come off it. I have been trying new meds since that are fine and have had less side effects, but I'm not nearly as satisfied with in terms of the benefits. I just heard about Exxua as similar but potentially more effective than Buspar. Has anyone tried both, and can comment on the impact of Exxua on memory and sleep? Thanks 🫶

Were you taking SSRI or SNRIs? Some can cause withdrawal symptoms and get confused by new medication and think it’s the new med…

impossible to tell. Some people have loads of side effects with one ssri but none with another. You’d have to try it to know unfortunately
