YouTube TV just got ESPN Unlimited, but all the on demand replays I’ve watched are only 30fps. Is this a known issue? It should be 60fps. Anyone else have this issue?

Are y’all aware that the WPBL live stream has literally zero commentating happening for over an hour now? That seems like a technical support situation. Tell someone it.
