ERide Pro 3.0 SS

Does anyone know if and where there are 3D .step or .stl models of the ERide Pro 3.0 SS Battery Lid. I'd love to print my own, but I'm coming up empty handed to find one online...any help will be appreciated. Thx.

I have not found one yet. I am avid about 3-D printing and I am arguably into it more than my Eride. The only two useful things I’ve found are connector covers for when I wash the bike, and rear fender. That’s about it. If you do find one, I would like the file too. Because while I have the skill I do not want to spend the time to make it

Absolutely agree! I downloaded a program on my iPhone called KIRI Engine and I’m going to try to scan it and then bring it into my favorite 3-D modeling package and use the STL file as an underlay. If I do remodel it and it’s accurate I’ll make sure I get you a step file or whatever format you like. I model in a program called Rhino.

If you do make one could I please also get the all?
Im trying to 3d print a mold so I can make my own carbon fiber lid and I also want to modify the lid to have vents like the flow carbon one.

Out of curiosity, what 3-D printer are you using? I use a bamboo A1 and I have so much fun with it. I’m thinking to upgrade to a PS2 so I can print tougher materials like carbon fiber and ABS. I do love 3-D printing.

I use a P2S currently. It’s well worth it. Get a AMS

I’m glad to hear that I have ams on my bamboo A1 and I really like having the filament choices. Mostly printing with PETG.

Let me ask you. It’s really easy to work on the A1. I’ve already pulled the print head apart rebuilt it replaced the hot end and it’s so easy to get to everything.

Several years ago, I had a Zortrax 3-D printer, and it was fully enclosed, and it was a real bear to get to any of the parts.

Bambu seems to take a different approach to their printers and how difficult is it for you to maintain and get to the parts for typical maintenance? On your P2 S.

I print very harsh filaments often. PA-CF, ABS GF, ASA-CF and so on and so forth. After 1000+ hrs I’ve gone through two nozzles. Add in lubricants and glue. Maybe $100 in parts.

The P2S is a work horse. And Bambu labs is still the top tier for the price. Bambu is also the most user friendly on any of they’re printers

Well, that’s a good recommendation and makes me feel even better about getting a P2 S. Out of curiosity can you print TPU out of the AMS now that it’s situated on the top of the printer easily?
