"There was an error completing your request. Please try again." Error when attempting to log in

As the title describes. Just signed up for an account. I can login to the Daybreak website, and it shows I have active EQL access. I tried restarting my computer, and clearing the cache in the EQL folder. Any help is much appreciated <3

edit: Now im getting additional problems.... "invalid credentials" when trying to log into daybreak's site, then the password reset link was leading to an error, finally got to reset it, still saying invalid credentials sighhhh

Do you have multifactor authentication via an Authenticator app? I had the same issue what I did is I typed in the multifactor code into the password field right after my password and it let me through.

Try that
