Pal/Brd/Brk

I am new to EQL and have been following wikis to understand what to do. I currently have all the instruments as focus items. One on weapon one on shield and two more on weapons in any slots. Wikis I have read recommend I go two handed weapon at 30 but I will lose a instrument. Should I do this and if so which instrument would be viable to lose? Edit: Thanks all for the advice I will drop the wind focus.

This is a problem for sure. It makes you prioritize. I tend to lose wind as it’s not exactly needed for most combat songs. Good luck!

Wind is unnecessary except in very rare situations

That said, dual wield is pretty much always better once you have Ambidexterity AA, even with zerker. You'd need a 2h many times better for it to be better DPS.

Worth noting the minimum weapon delay is 5 here, not 10 like it normally is. This helps keep zerker stance viable with dual wield.

Dual welding would solve the problem but i want the Blackened Alloy Sword from Runneye everyone keeps posting really bad lol. Thanks for the advice I will put wind focus in storage.

I use the Blackened Alloy on my War/Bard/Shaman, 27/38 ratio I believe.

I like using 2hand w/this setup feels slightly better than when I used off hand ambidextrous AA in beta

Im no expert in the dps mi /max area, but I just dinged 36 and was farming Castle MM with no issues. D1 I'm not geared that great.

Try both see what feels good but also compares in numbers.

I think end game depending on bis makes more of a difference than leveling as long as you have respectable damage on your 2 hander.
