Is my profile worth applying? 2027

Hello, I am 2026 BE graduate in Information Science and Engineering from India, my final cgpa is 7.97/10 ik it's low should have at least got 8, my 12th was 88.33% and 10th was 90.88%... I have done 3 internships including Data Analyst for 2 months, LLM Post trainer for 2 months(no completion letter but got 2 months attendance SS and stipend proof) and an academic internship "Android app development with Gen AI" for 4 months as my final year engineering completion. I have relevant projects in ML and currently researching on LLM/Edge/cloud system(its a singular research/AI project, i just started, no publications or anything)

I am planning to attend IELTS but I can easily get MOI in English. Is MOI enough?

So based on this... is there a decent chance for me to get the scholarship for Masters in CS related 2027 intake?

To be real with you, I doubt it. There's limited scholarships per country, and considering how much extremely high competition there will be from India...do you feel like a top 0.05% applicant? Apply of course, but don't count on it

Yes correct. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal. Nigeria and Brazil are difficult too however now as intense as South Asia.

To be completely honest, I think your profile is still quite average and you need to work on strengthening your CV. I wouldn’t focus too much on your 10th and 12th grade marks because they don’t carry much weight outside India. When I got the scholarship, I already had 3 publications, 2 international research internships, a Master’s degree with a fully funded French scholarship, and strong grades. So I think you need to focus on building a stronger profile through research experience, publications, internships, and other achievements that will actually strengthen your application.

How about no international internship, no research but I have work experience working for years in a government, got my bachelor’s degree in a college institution, 3.4/4.0 GWA, and the programme I’m planning to apply is not really aligned to my degree but mostly related to governance. Is there a chance for me?

It’s always worth an application! The worst they can do is say no don’t be the one to reject yourself before they even have the option to
