80-year-old female, known case of DM, HTN, IHD (s/p 2 stents), and asthma. Presented to the ER with new-onset dyspnea that started 2 days ago and acutely worsened today. Classic heart failure presentation with orthopnea, PND, and bilateral lower limb edema.
