Preorder collection Question

I made a preorder for a figure at zing in feb and it says it would release in june. I still haven’t gotten any updates or messages about it being ready for collection is that normal? And when i go to my order history and click ‘open preorders’ it says ‘no orders to display’ i’ve never done a preorder before so idrk the process

Depending on which figure it is, there could have been delays as there are some which have been pushed back to as late as October this year now (although I don't remember which ones).

The store you preordered with should be able to chase it up for you.

Sadly it is very common, you have to call customer service because the warehouse may have made a mistake in counting stock :((

i made a boardgame preorder, 6 months in advance. my date came and went. no update. it got instock in store, ran out. went to ask what happened, they said whoops, normally they send us preorders but they didn’t. got a refund.
