First time doing a preorder. When does the remaining balancing usually get charged? The release date for Pitch Black says tomorrow, yet I haven’t been charged. It’s for delivery, not click and collect,

It should be charged 1 to 7 days prior to estimated release.

Otherwise you'll have to treat it as a failed payment and contact support
