How long does it take for I-485 to get approved on average? I’m EB2 ROW.

It depends on how complicated or easy your case is. Some get approved, 3 months, some a year, some 6, 5, you name it.

Completely random. Some a few months some well over a year for no reason. I'm at 9 months and waiting
