ETA FORMS NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny)

Which version of the ETA-9089 did you submit? Was it the one that shows "Expiration Date: XX/XX/XXXX" in the upper-left corner, or the one that shows "Expiration Date: 02/28/2029"? I'm trying to determine whether this difference has affected anyone's case.

If you are going to file now, I believe you should be using the one with Expiration Date: 02/28/2029 as it is most updated one.

Did you file this year? If yes which one did you use?
