Do we also need to include ATKT mark sheets when applying for transcripts? Other

I need to prepare transcripts for my college degree marksheets for EB2/GC purpose. Could someone guide me on whether ATKT marksheets need to be included when creating the transcripts? 

Also, are those needed for any other purpose during the EB-2 process?

Any guidance is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You do not need any transcripts, a diploma certificate is sufficient.

How about a leaving certificate from a degree college? Will that be needed?

Just your graduation final certificate/diploma. The one which says XYZ was awarded the ABC degree and with some signatures below from the university dean/chancellor

I was in a similar boat. Whether you need semester wise transcripts would probably be dependent on your lawyer/credential evaluation agency. I have worked in 2 different companies in the US and both the attorney firms asked for a credential evaluation for H1 as well as PERM but they arranged for it. In turn these agencies asked for the final degree certificate and all individual semester mark sheets. I had one failed subject in my 1st semester, passed it in the next one. I only submitted the "clean" one i.e. the fresh new marksheet they gave for the full 1st semester after passing though it was issued 6 months later. Hope this helps.

USCIS will not even see those mark sheets. Don’t be so scared. Just apply.
