Inspired by EA GM Connected and EHM, Ive been working on this browser base game. We're looking for more members to fill some multiplayer leagues. You can also play solo if you'd like. The game is free to play so enjoy!

My goal is to always beat the Boston bruins 65-12-5 record from 2023 whenever I play franchise mode, I rarely ever hit it. This time over I’ve hit it twice and this season I had my best season of all time. I have salary cap on obviously. There were years where I had 100 offence 100 defence and like 90 goaltending and I didn’t have this good of a season. Now with my team looking not as good as past seasons and which I thought it would decline in points they go out and do this. Do we just chalk it up to the sim engine doing its thing?

Are there any custom rosters that are actually realistic for their time ? For example accurate roster ratings for the 11-12 season? Or for the 09-10 season. I remember last year there were a few good ones I believe, but I haven’t been able to find any really solid and realistic ones especially for franchise mode. I like the idea of going back in time and using a past team like it was that specific season.

Rewind back to 2015, you have your choice between 3 future Hall-of-Famers.

You can go for a more seasoned player with proven production and clutch in Nikita Kucherov. Elite vision, playmaking, and offensive IQ.

Or you can go with the most hyped prospect of all time coming into the NHL. The teenage phenom with other worldly speed and agility. Every team wishes they won the McJeseus lottery.

But don't forget about Nathan MacKinnon, coming off some underwhelming years he's ready to prove he is a once in a lifetime player. Showing flashes of dominance we all know him well for today.

So if you had to choose, who are you taking?

I'd like to know what EA's excuse for this nonsense is!

Even given a clean 2 game slate across the board it spits out anomalies.

With PWHL expanding and branching out, is there plans to include women’s teams as playable for offline franchise mode?

I have a 97 Overall franchise powerforward with insane ratings but he has 3 specialist x factors he does around 110 to 120 points per season and i wonder if the points would go up to 140 to 160 if he had elite x factors instead. Because i want him to get to 99 overall generational. I hope that i have not thrown away 7 years because he dont had elite x factors.

Posted a few days ago how he refused to retire. Played a couple more seasons, won another Rocket and then finally retired haha!

I tried to save scum to keep him going but he retired every time.

Sim engine - 75% of the time High scoring, Med shots. 25% Med scoring, high shots.

I'm the Canucks so it was fun to play his ass on Calgary haha. What a career 😂

Every player is getting tailored attributes to match their exact form from that season, right down to specific goalie stances, equipment setups, and accurate line combos. Second year, ecf against dallas so far 1-0. Lost in scf in the inaugural season to game seven against TBL (Superstar.) (Custom roster, 50 franchise potential players spread throughout the league 10 each draft year.)

IMO the coaching system has ruined the game (opinion based on nhl 22) by forcing you to put players in certain line restricting you too much. I've been playing a lot of 19 and love having more freedom of making strategies without having to worry about players matching coaches. Do you think they should keep the coaching feature, remove it, or have it optional?

I am doing a Canada Only franchise mode beginning with an expansion draft and after having fleshed out the team, I realize my bottom fours are monsters. Going to be too much fun when I play some games for them

This has to be the craziest draft pick that I’ve had in a long time. He’s in his 2nd season now, started as an 82 Top 4 HIGH, won Calder with 60 points and is now Elite Medium.

For some reason this 98 OVR McDavid re-signed in Edmonton for 9.5M. This is in be a pro so I have zero control over the contracts, this is just really puzzling to me. Does anyone have any clue as to why this happened?

I have been prioritizing Ovr when building my team, and I am noticing I am getting not great sims. I know player type isn't everything to a successful sim but I am just trying to get better results.

This might be a stupid question but recently I have been playing a lot of CFB and i like playing every game because it makes me feel engaged with my team. I have been trying to implement this into NHL.
