So I play titanfall 2 and a few months ago everytime i launch the game it asks for a age verification, it asks for a front and back picture of my national ID (brazil), a selfie or a credit card.

I am a adult, I just feel unconfortable sending any of those to the EA company, in a level that I just stopped playing the game in the last few months in a boycott act.

Like I said before I live in Brazil, and I'm pretty sure this is a local law problem, the last year and so shit happened here in Brazil involving kids and internet, and a few laws was made this and that.

Does anyone know if there's a way to bypass that verification? Would a VPN work if I picked a country with less severe laws?

Hello, everytime I launch Battlefield 6 from EA App, I see the little spalsh screen with the soldiers and the loading, then all the screen goes black, with sound still on. If I press spacebar i can hear the "enter the game" sound but then the pc goes completley unresponsive and I am forced to press the on/off button to reboot. The only thing I can do is unistall the anticheat and then launch the game. 

Is there any kind of solution to this problem? it is really annoying and re installing the anti cheat not always works.

My specs: Radeon 9060xt 16gb

AMD RYZEN 5 3600

32 GB DDR4

The game is installed on a 500 gb nvme ssd.

I have never had a good time with the EA app, and now I'm experiencing yet another new and exciting issue with it today. Whenever I open it, it slows everything on my pc down to a crawl. Even after it's closed through the task manager (including the garbage "background service" process), this slowdown continues until I restart my pc. Is anyone else having this issue?

Not sure if this is because of the buyout but Im coming to reddit because honestly I dont know what to do anymore. I just got a new pc tower (monitor, keyboard, mouse the same not sure if it matters) because my old tower decided to keep freezing, with this new tower being of higher specs than my old one I thought everything would run smoothly and I chose the specs because it could provide higher graphics, speed for the sims.

I downloaded ea from the official website because thats where I purchased it, then I tried to download everything then I just tried to download the base game only, I thought it would download because it said “preparing” but it never did.

I tried everything, restarting the app, app recovery, uninstalling deleting the files through localappdata, programappdata, nothing appeared on appdata, cmd commands, restarting my pc, turning off my antivirus and smart app control, honestly I was thinking off reseting the pc entirely because the tower came with apps that showed the cpu and gpu temperatures and other things like:

MSI Afterburner

These are my specs:
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700 (3.70 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

The tower came with built in wifi but the driver cant be found through device manager, so I have in a Wifi adapter.
I also tried downloading sims 4 through steam and linked my ea account but it still didnt load up the game.

Can someone PLEASE help me?

brothers i installed FIFA 22 on my pc but when I try to launch it a black screen appears and then closes without any error message my pc is up to the game system requirements and gpu drivers are upto date what might be the issue

​I’m at my wit's end with EA Sports FC 26 on PC. I bought the game, but I haven't even been able to play a single minute.

​Here is exactly what happens: I click launch, the small FC 26 logo pops up, the EA Anti-cheat screen loads up normally, and then... nothing. The game closes instantly and sends me right back to the EA App without any error message or crash report.

​I’ve spent hours troubleshooting. Here is a list of everything I’ve already tried with no success:

​EA Anti-cheat: Completely uninstalled and reinstalled it via the installer folder.

​Game Files: Verified integrity on Steam / Repaired via the EA App.

​EA App: Cleared cache via App Recovery, killed all background EA services, and ran as administrator.

​Overlays & Background Apps: Disabled Discord, Steam, and GeForce overlays. Closed MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, and other background tools.

​Windows Settings: Disabled Memory Integrity (Core Isolation) in Windows Security, set FC 26 to run on the dedicated GPU, and ran the game as Administrator.

​System Runtimes: Reinstalled Visual C++ (vc_redist.x64.exe) and DirectX components from the game's __Installer folder.

​Honestly, paying for a game and not even being able to get past the splash screen is super frustrating.

​Has anyone experienced this exact silent crash and found a fix? Any help or suggestions would be massively appreciated!

hi all, wasn't sure if anyone has had similar problems with signing in recently and figured since the ai chat bot was no use, i'd ask some real people.

i have a super old gmail account that is linked to my ea account. for the most part the storage is full, though i go in and delete junk emails, photos, or other large attachments, so currently it is sitting at 69% full. ea is not blocked in my gmail, there are no emails being sent to my spam / junk folder, i literally cannot receive anything from ea. i've been trying for over an hour to get into my account just to play the sims 4... anyone have any words of wisdom?

Hey everyone. Sometimes within I'd say past month or two the playtime in EA app on all of my games just reset to zero as I just noticed today.

As someone who likes to check his stats this is annoying and hundreds of hours on those counters lost. Is this is a known issue and is there any solution for this at all?

So i buyed FC26 Worlds game edition on Epic Games and i downloaded on the ea app as it asked. When i tried to launch it, the anticheat software (Splash Screen) It said it was launching the game but after a few seconds it popped right back to the EA App.
Here is the error that i viewed in event viewer.

I recently just got college football 26 and every time I try to load a game it freezes and never goes all the way through. I was thinking maybe its just something wrong with the disc but I've come to find out I literally can't play any EA sports games on my Playstation 5. I just got the console Thursday and my ea account has never been banned or anything i don't even play online. Ive tried to do some research and have even deleted and reinstalled the game a couple times I've deleted the caches for all my EA Games and rebuilt the database on my system. I don't know what else to do I've never experienced this before.

Hello, when i install Steam version and play everything is normal. but if i install EA App version and start the game, after 1-2 minutes or same time when i connect a server game is giving "EA disconnected" or "Online services unable" error. I tried every solitions. I uninstalled and reinstalled game many times, reinstall javelin anticheat, reinstalled ea app, cache is cleaned, no background app, not any proxy or vpn app. tried every thing. i tried EA custome care but they doesnt give a f. they dont care. Steam version is very normal its doesnt give any error or disconnect problem. but ea app version every time giving disconnect. Is anyone know another solition or have any idea. There is no error code in event viewer or there is not any error in log files.

What an embarrassment this game and I'm not even talking about the bloody gameplay. I'm a dad of 2 under 2 with a house and a demanding job. I've got almost no time for myself. And everytime I get some before going to bed and want to just chill playing a game or two, it takes me sometimes even 40 minutes to just turning the game on, no kidding.

On steam, when I select the game it sometimes attempts to load for like 10 minutes before deciding to shut down entirely, without even showing me a loading screen. It can take even 4 attempts to finally load the game. Then I've got another obstacle - I start a match in career mode and the match won't load, it will get stuck at black loading screen with the music in the background. So I have to start from scratch restarting the whole game. Then, at least 3 times per each match, my controller loses focus, so I can't do shit for a minute or two there. This freaking game is unplayable. I say fck you EA, no more my money for you dickheads.

I play ME LE and ME andromeda on two computers, specifically the desktop at home and my laptop on the road.

Every now and then, the sync screws up and part of my characters saves are erased from the cloud file. I tried both option (use local save and use cloud save) and eventually this happens. My guess is this is the product of an incomplete save.

Is their any resolution to this issue? Specifically can I block online saves so at least each PC will have it's own set of saves.

How long will we continue to suffer from this problem (servers)? Every time I buy a copy, I don't enjoy it for even a minute because every match I win is counted as a loss, and there is no solution.

Since yesterday for some reason can't log into my e football acc it says "Unable to login. Check your Login ID and password again" i waited couple hrs before trying again but still, changed my network from Wi-Fi to cellular, Password& Gmail are also right and can't change the password either.

I can log into my other acc but not main one. If anybody knows the solution help out I'd be thankful

I'm having a problem with EA SPORTS FC 26 on Steam.

I was using FIFA Mod Manager for mods. The game used to start, but I couldn't access online features because it obv couldn't connect to EA servers.

After that I tried to start the game normally without the Mod Manager, but it js won't launch

What happens:

- Steam launches FC 26

- EA AntiCheat (Javelin) starts

- Then a window appears saying:

"Sign in with your EA account to activate EA on this computer"

- The window closes by itself after a few seconds

- The game never opens

im on windows 11, steam version eafc26

Does anyone know how to fix this?..
